How we calculate fares

A local tariff, a real road distance, and a clear estimate—not a promise of a fixed price.

Typical metered taxi fare

We use the nearest published location tariff in the same country, within 100 km of the pickup. The start fare and distance charge are combined with entered waiting time, the local night surcharge and applicable airport fee. The result is shown as a ±10% range.

Distance, waiting and night rates

Road distance comes from Google routing when signed in, or from the distance you enter in the local calculator. Miles are converted from kilometres using 1 mile = 1.609344 km. Journey duration is displayed, but only entered waiting minutes attract a waiting charge. Night windows are set by administrators in local time.

Executive, limo and chauffeur estimates

Where no operator pricing exists for the selected service, administrator-set multipliers can provide a clearly labelled estimate. These are not booking offers.

Sources and corrections

Every published tariff shows its source and update date. Visitor reports enter a moderation queue and do not affect fares until an administrator approves them. Missing tariffs remain unavailable.

Operator prices

Operator estimates are listed separately from typical taxi fares. Capacity, tolls, waiting, availability and booking terms must be confirmed directly with the operator. Tips are optional and are not included in the fare.
