About these terms

These terms apply when you use wayvo2.com ("Wayvo2", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Wayvo2 is an independent directory and fare-estimation service. We are not a taxi, chauffeur or transport company and we do not provide rides ourselves.

Fare estimates

Fares shown on Wayvo2 are estimates based on published tariffs, route distance and time, and prices entered by operators. Traffic, waiting time, tolls, surcharges and the route actually driven can change the final amount.

The final price is always confirmed by the operator. Where no reliable data exists we say so rather than guessing.

Booking requests

When you press "Book Now" you send a booking request to the operator you chose. It is not confirmed until the operator accepts it, and you will be emailed either way.

Your contract for the journey is with the operator, not with Wayvo2. Unless online payment is shown, you pay the operator directly.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate trip and contact details, be at the pickup point on time, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect.

If you do not turn up, the operator may record a no-show. Repeated no-shows linked to the same email or phone can be shown to other operators.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a pending request from your booking link at any time. After acceptance, the operator’s cancellation policy shown before booking applies.

Reviews and reports

Reviews must reflect a genuine trip. We moderate reviews and may remove content that is false, abusive or promotional. You can report a listing or a problem with your booking at any time.

Listings

Basic listings are free. You must be legally allowed to provide the services you list, hold the licences and insurance your area requires, and keep your details, prices and availability accurate.

Trust badges are only shown after we review the proof you upload. Providing false documents will lead to removal.

Handling bookings

Respond to booking requests promptly. Prices you confirm when accepting a request must be honoured. Response time, acceptance and no-show reports may affect how your listing is ranked.

You are responsible for your drivers, vehicles, taxes and compliance with local transport law.

Passenger data

Passenger details are shared with you only to fulfil the booking. Do not use them for unrelated marketing or share them with third parties.

Suspension

We may hide or suspend a listing that receives repeated unresolved reports, breaks these terms, or puts passengers at risk. Listings with three open reports are hidden automatically until reviewed.

Liability

We provide the site "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, Wayvo2 is not liable for the acts or omissions of operators or passengers, or for losses arising from a journey. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
